This first floor property benefits from an allocated parking space on site which is perfect for a city centre property.
Internally the property is very nicely presented, with a well-equipped kitchen living area. With a sofa for two, which is also a bed settee if needed, a smart TV, dining table set in front of the window, perfect for watching the world pass by and a well equipped kitchen, you are all set!.
In the bedroom there is a double bed to snuggle into and a lovely, fully tiled ensuite with walk in shower.
It's the ideal spot for a short break away or whilst in the city on business.

If you are seriously attracted to this flat, please be warned:. I am writing this because this flat would fail building/ fire regs/ minimum living space, plus you must expect to receive parking tickets for parking in the assigned bay from a rogue/ uncontactable 1-starred parking ticket company instructed by Fishergate Management who must need extra revenue from unsuspecting short-stay residents/ visitors who use the assigned/ labelled bay and display the tiny permit which is undetectable to the parking attendant's camera (unsurprisingly!) but, seriously, don't bother if you are tall (bed size is from something pre-20thcentury and sofabed is designed for the size of a toddler) sensitive to noise (constant traffic/ sirens and drunkards all through the night), sensitive to noxious smells (fumes if you open windows), sensitive to lights (light pollution from traffic) and want to stay somewhere that meets current fire regs ( unwired smoke system and no fire-door ( yes, this agency will let out accommodation knowing that they do not even meet fire regs)). Plus, furniture falls apart. Shocking!!! (But, cleaner is great)

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights over New Year. Great apartment -had plenty of facilities, clean, warm, tidy. Great location very close to city centre, short walk. No noise from other residents. Window is on a main road but not an issue unless you are a very light sleeper. Resident parking space was a real bonus, felt safe and secure area. Took us a minute to find apartment from parking space but front door it's just up a pedestrian walkway. Having read other reviews, yes the bedroom is small and a tight fit to get to far side of bed but fine for a few nights for us. I got a much better price on the apartment using this booking site, saved £25 a night.
