City Walls Sanctuary - 1

This was the flat we ended up with two previous bookings were cancelled by the agency. It was too small for four people and despite the cool weather the lack of easily opening windows made it stuffy. There was only enough comfortable seating for three. There were no cleaning materials or equipment and as we were staying a week this was a problem. The consumables like dishwasher tablets and loo rolls were only sufficient for two days. The heated towel rail was broken and there was nowhere else suitable to dry them in the bedrooms. Storage was minimal. The one chest of drawers was located in the wardrobe and difficult to open as the bed was in the way. I did speak to the management company during and after the stay but was not offered any compensation.
