We've stayed before so knew the property and location which are both great. Booked directly with Stays York who are very accommodating and cheaper than with booking.com. We had no tea towel or wash cloths in the kitchen and Stays were quick to replace these missing items. As before, I would say the property would benefit from thicker curtains as the sunshine really heats up the property like a greenhouse. I'd also recommend the fixings on the toilet seat in the main bathroom are replaced as these are badly rusted and spoil the high quality finish of the rest of the property.

This was an attractive, convenient, and comfortable apartment with everything Hubby and I needed. It appears to be a corporate apartment, very nicely done and seems to be managed quite well. The corner space is on floor 6 of 7, is light and bright with huge windows and great views. The location is absolutely ideal. All of York's main attractions are a 5-15 minute walk away. There is a parking space available, but we never needed the car except to go to Castle Howard (highly recommend!). Tesco, M&S, Coop, and Sainsburys were all a 3-6 minute walk away, along with many shops, beautiful pubs and restaurants nearby. You do get some city noise, but it's not too bad, considering the superb location. You cannot hear your neighbors up, down or alongside, which was great. Highly recommend this property!

This is a really amazing property. Very modern, clean, spacious with an absolutely stunning interior. We felt instantly comfortable and it really is home away from home. Lovely touches with the Alexa and such comfortable beds. It is less than a 5 minute walk into the town centre so accessible for all bars, restaurants, river trips, shops etc. You will not be disappointed when you stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights and being a stranger to York was delighted by the location and proximity to the city centre, all the amenities and the riverside walk.
