The kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect to find in a holiday let such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine for your convenience. Just off the kitchen there are patio doors that open onto a small outdoor space. A bistro table and 2 chairs have been provided within the apartment should you wish to use them in the outside space.

The bedroom features a king size bed together with bedside tables, hanging rail and dresser. There is a spacious shower room just off the bedroom complete with very large walk in shower.

Although there is no parking with the apartment there is a large car park at Marygate (just a few minutes walk away) where you can park for 24 hours for approximately £13.50 for 24 hours. Bootham Row car park is more convenient as it's right outside the apartment, although this is a more expensive option than Marygate.
