Welcome to River & Castle @ Ryedale House - A superb 2 bedroom property that offers truly spectacular views over Clifford's Tower and the River Foss.
Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking. River & Castle sits on the 5th floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.
Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. The views over the various city landmarks are simply stunning. There is a seating area complete with LCD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, occasional chairs and beanbags plus a comfortable 3 seater sofa that has the added benefit of being able to convert to a sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests.
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can seat 6 for dinner.
The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, wall mounted TV and home office space, perfect for working from home. The bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with over head shower. The second bedroom of the apartment features twin beds. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.
There's also a separate shower and toilet just off the hallway.

I stayed here for around 5 months whilst working in York, the apartment itself is lovely, lots of space, clean and modern. Parking is good, if the car parks full it can be tricky getting into your own space. I like the fact it has security gated access, makes you feel very safe. The apartment itself is absolutely red hot when the suns out as it hits the apartment all day. Very enjoyable, would stay again.
We had a very nice stay, comfortable place with everything we needed in a great location
