Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of York City Centre, which is only a 5 minute's walk away, sat in a leafy street in York, this beautiful Victorian Townhouse has recently been renovated into 5 fabulous 1 bedroom apartments. All have access to unlimited super-fast WIFI and have been fully furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.
On entering through the front door you are immediately drawn in via the beautiful hallway, with both original York stone floors and staircase. The Loft at Dukes Town House is situated at the top of this beautiful Victorian Terraced House. It has been thoughtfully furnished, with a lovely sized living space - comprising a kitchen that is fully equipped, right down to the DeLonghi coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The breakfast bar provides an ideal place to enjoy brunch, lunch, dinner or a glass of wine before heading out into the City for a fun night out, or a day spent exploring the museums, galleries, or even catching a show at the two theatres that York boasts.

We booked our stay last minute and we went straight to Stays to book . We have stayed before at the Dukes. The customer service and instruction is second to none , they really think of everything youd need for your stay and its so comfortable. The bed was a little small but we were in the loft room so kind of to be expected. We had a lovely hamper on arrival with some lovely treats . At the Dukes your minutes away from everything you want to see Parking is close by and the rates are reasonable. You wont be disappointed, thanks for a lovely stay x

Very nice, clean apartment. Had everything we needed, in a great location. Very comfy bed. Communication with stays York was excellent and a nice touch of a welcome bag.

Best place we have ever stayed in York! Lovely spacious apartment. Nice views across the city from the top floor. As a light sleeper I usually sleep really badly in hotels but this was so quiet and the blackout blinds were great! We slept so well every night!

| Super cute apartment. Upon arrival there was a welcome bag with snacks and Prosecco. The apartment is located within a 10 min walk from the train station and a couple min walk from shops, restaurants, and pubs. We would absolutely stay here again. |
