Welcome to the Cocoa Suites! This recently converted development exudes quality and makes for the ideal stay in York; be it a weekend getaway or a home from home on business.
The kitchen area features a stylish quartz worktop and LED strip lighting with a luxurious tiled finish underfoot. The dining area in the apartment features a bistro table with seating for 3. The living area offers the flexibility to have the wall mounted double bed down or easily put up for increased space for relaxing. The sofa in the apartment also easily converts to a sofa bed allowing for an additional person.
The shower room is fully tiled throughout and features a luxurious walk in wet room style shower.
Allocated parking is included onsite for 1 car.

Short stay in York.

I found this apartment on line and based on other recommendations I booked for a short stay. Check in details emailed to me in good time and also a comprehensive set of housekeeping instructions. The apartment is well situated on the R. Foss very close to the city centre and was spotless. Its also fitted and furnished to a high spec. The property was quiet and I was not disturbed by anyone going about their business early morning or at night. Been in other accommodation in and close to York but Id certainly consider coming back to this property.

Lovely place with a great location. A couple of small issues when we were staying here. The heating controls were not working and the actual electric radiator panel was not attached to the wall and kept falling forward, this was quite an issue for us as we have an autistic 4 Yr old who loves running around everywhere. Unfortunately she ran into the side of this as it fell forward (she was ok, just a little wary of the room after) Even with these issues we would try it again as the building and location are fantastic.
Great for a solo trip.

The second time I have stayed in Cocoa Suites 35, and it is ideal location for a solo holiday. The apartment is spacious and bright, well-maintained, and is just a few minutes' walk away from the heart of the city while avoiding any bustle. I wished to extend my stay by an extra night, and the YorkStays staff were very helpful in providing this. A great place to stay with a helpful team behind it.

This is the second time we have stayed here and was not disappointed. Very comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. So convenient and the on site parking is a bonus.

Apartment and location was excellent. The only negative things where we lost hot water for a few hours and the beds were uncomfortable.

Lovely apartment! We went for my partners birthday. It was clean and spacious in a great location. Loved the little touches in the room (bottle of wine and a bag of treats) to make it more memorable. Would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our York break and 35 Cocoa Suite made our stay even more enjoyable. Very comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Cosy apartment with all household stuff. Perfect location to City Centre and supermarket. Good view, enjoy looking at River Foss. Good hosts, respond quickly, help us a lot and super nice!

We booked Cocoa Suites as it looked to suit us for a weekend birthday city staycation. Although we struggled finding it initially, the instructions were very clear and we were able to check in early (which was a huge bonus!) The bed was comfy, the amenities and stay York gift box were a lovely touch, and the shower was good. A great location to dip in and out of York and would be very happy to stay here again!

A perfect flat

Small but perfect for a city break. I was staying for work but it really felt like a holiday in this beautiful little flat. Great to have on site parking too. A very short and pleasant walk into the city and York was gorgeous. The welcome pack and all the facilities were fantastic, would highly recommend.

Great location, lovely modern apartment. My only criticism is the sofa and bed are not so comfortable after a week or two.
