Lovely apartment, very clean, it has everything you need. Very close the city centre and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment location is excellent, near the grocery store for last minute items, quiet and peaceful, yet a few blocks away from all the great happenings in York. A quick walk to the Minster and transportation, gardens, museums and restaurants. The king bed was most comfortable, the heated towel rack was great and dried our clothes from the washer. The kitchen was well equipped except the hob/stove was near impossible to figure out how to turn on or off. We could not use it and the QR instructions were of no help. Otherwise the kitchen was also very nice. The living room was airy, light, TV worked great. Spacious and comfortable and wonderful place to stay in York, Yorkstays staff was also responsive and kind whenever we had a question. Note: the airbnb listing said the place had 2 beds which it did not. It did have a king that could be separated, but the airbnb listing is not quite right. We found out though the couch made a great single bed with extra sheets, mattress cover and blankets, saving the day.

This is a great central apartment only a minutes walk from Bootham Bar and the Minster. The apartment is well furnished, modern and smart. Access was easy with keys in a lock box. I had no problems during the weeks stay, everything was great. Worth noting the apartment overlooks a public car park so if you want a nice location you may want to look at something else. Pros: modern, smart, great comfortable large bed, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, central Cons: no free parking, apartment overlooks public car park but it's not cheap and can be noisy on a weekend night / morning

Second stay at the property. Perfect location for the Minster, railway station and restaurants. Recommend and would stay again.

Hermoso y amplio departamento, bien equipado, ventilado y aislado. Cómodas camas y agradable estar, linda vista. Cocina muy bien equipada. Lavadora de ropa (sin secadora) impecable. Muy bien ubicado, con supermercado en la esquina.

Bootham Row 11 is located just outside the city walls in a great location for easy access to the walled city and short stay in York. The property was very neat, clean, tidy and well equiped with everything we needed for our stay. We were a group of 3 friends travelling together.

Enjoyed a lovely few days stay at the apartment. It's very central with parking over the road, though this is expensive. With the windows open there was some noise but as you are in town this should be expected. Apartment was clean, everything you need included. Small Sainsburys up the road for essentials. Stays York sent check in details and called to make sure this was received OK. They also dropped fans round during our stay as the weather was so warm. I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

A beautiful flat comfortable flat, one of my favourites ever of all my stays with Airbnb. The sofa was super comfy, and the bed was a dream. The bathroom had heated flooring which was a real treat. If we come to York again, I will definitely choose to stay here a second time.

One of the best weekend break places we have ever stayed. So clean, brilliant location and has everything you need for a perfect stay. We will be back!

I have stayed in this apartment a few times and it is my go to place to stay . Stays York are so friendly and helpful , I highly recommend this property .

What a fabulous place and only 5 mins walk into the centre, we did have a slight issue but Stay’s where straight out within half hour to sort it. The apartment it’s self was so comfortable & with all the amenities the bed is enormous and so comfy so we felt well rested. Access was easy with emails of how to gain entry there’s also a lift if needed too. We’re definitely going to stay here again, so thanks for a great vacation 😊

Excellent place to stay in York. Very well situated - close to the centre of town, but not noisy. The flat itself is very spacious, modern, and clean. The king size bed is a huge asset. Fabulous views of York Minister. Instructions for getting to the flat very east to follow. Only a 15 minute walk from the main train station. Would definitely recommend.
