A delightfully presented 1 bedroom apartments that benefits from being positioned right in the heart of the city centre.
Located on the first floor of the building and newly furnished throughout, the apartment has been tastefully styled and is presented to a very high standard.
The kitchen area features an electric hob, fridge/freezer, small washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped for any length of stay. There’s also a breakfast bar/work-space to seat 2.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa, additional accent chair and Smart TV plus WiFi is included .
A stylish sliding door leads you through to the bedroom which is a very light and airy space featuring a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The smartly presented bathroom is fully tiled and contains a large walk in shower.
Permit parking in a private car park just a 10 minute walk away is included for 1 car

A comfy house in the middle of the city

I stayed in this apartment with my partner for 28 nights due to a university placement. The apartment has everything you'll need; it is convenient, comfortable and extremly well-equipped. The disadvantages are the spiderwebs and dust that hadn't been cleaned before we moved in, and the fact that it is located in a narrow, small lane witl lots of dustbins. This leads to many flies entering the apartment when you open the windows, and sometimes the sound of glass breaking in the middle of the night when they empty the bins on the street. Apart from that, the location is excelent. It is very near York Minister, you'll probably see it most days when you leave the apartment. By and large, I recommend this apartment and Stays York; the entire team working there was very kind to us.

I have stayed in this apartment for a month and everything was perfect. The apartment is in the center of the old town of York, which is beautiful. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and the people from the agency are very kind. I will come back for sure! The only thing that I didnt like was: uncomfortable pillows and mattress.
