Riverside City Loft Apartment

A good location for visiting all the old city within the walls and the museums and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well presented. Access was easy and the stairs leading to the apartment were light and airy. As the weather was hot we needed the electric fan and also the windows open. Consequently, there was some noise from the nearby street. We could have done with some more drinking glasses. There was also a problem with the television reception and not all freeview channels were available.

Perfect location - centre of York, but also quiet. Clean, everything you need supplied (plus there’s an express supermarket 1 min walk away), comfy bed.

The apartment is lovely. Perfect location as it’s right by tonnes of restaurants, cafes and lovely shops as well as the Merchants Hall, and beautiful views of the garden, the river and some of the city, too. The bed is super comfy, Wi-Fi’s and phone reception are reliable and all the facilities are great. 10/10 would book again!

The apartment is in an ideal location for walking to local sights and fabulous bar and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean accommodation, felt like a home from home. Would recommend as a place to stay in York

The place was amazing - roomy enough for a long weekend with everything you could want in it. The location is also fantastic and located on one of the best streets in York.

This was a lovely apartment in the centre of York, with very easy access to everything. A super view first thing in the morning, with everything you could need for a weekend and even a little hamper box on arrival! Stays was very communicative and gave us all the info we needed. Would definitely book another of their accommodations :)

Me and my other half had a lovely stay in York. Located on my favourite street, we were able to experience York to its fullest without having to trek miles just to get to the centre. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Really great location - everything within walking distance and only about a 15min walk from the train station! Instructions and communication really clear. Flat was perfect for a weekend in York and had everything we needed - especially appreciated the little hamper of tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits! Thanks for a great stay!

We would rate our experience at this Air bnb as a positive one. The location was perfect as it was on a lovely street which featured lots of bars, restaurants, shops, and even a bakery which we where regulars at for some freshly baked sausage rolls. The location isn’t too central though so we weren’t disturbed by noise at night. The apartment itself had all the facilities we required for our short city break. The place itself was clean and modern, however, one of the only draw backs for me was the size of the shower as I’m a 6ft 4 broad man. There was also only one roll of toilet paper. The apartment is also near brew York and spark which we would recommend to anyone visiting York who loves food and drinks. Overall experience 9/10!

Apartment was clean on arrival. There was some noise from the street as the apartment is located in the city centre but not enough to keep us awake/ wake us up! Fab stay 10/10 would come again

The location is great, it does get slightly noisy on an evening though due to the pub/bus stop/spark over the road. The apartment did have all amenities however I used my own kitchenware due to the items not being perfectly clean on arrival. Lovely garden which can be used whenever. No storage space which is fine if you’re staying short term however I had to keep all my clothes in a suitcase as there’s only room to hang no more than 6 pieces of clothing.

Big windows, interesting views, lovely old building, pleasantly light and airy. Great location in town yet peaceful. Added bonus of a small garden by the Foss - lovely for a breather in the summer.

Great small flat based in the excellent location - very close to all main attractions in York. The flat was clean and comfortable.
