Furnished & finished to the very highest standard 15 Stonegate Court has a fully fitted kitchen with everything required to make your stay easier. The Master Bedroom, has an ensuite shower room and a flat screen TV, the spacious second bedroom can be configured as a twin or super king. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The light open plan living/ dining space has a flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD player and high speed WiFi. There is also a delightful balcony area which is reached from double doors in the living room.

We had a very happy stay in York. Sadly the WiFi didnt work and we had no response from the number the owner had told us to contact her on any time. However when we contacted StaysYork they responded quickly with a solution The dishwasher wouldnt open fully as the washing machine prevented it. That needs sorting. A lovely place to stay and close to all we wanted. Thank you. Im

Car Parking

A car parking permit for the council car park was arranged by Stays. Could not get out of the Council Car Park at the end of my stay. Contacted Stays who referred me to phone the council ,the council ultimately told me to call the car park security number and they ultimately let me exit the car park. This is not an isolated problem as other family members stayed at the same address in 2023 and had a similar problem.

Loved the apartment, clean, nicely decorated, very comfy and homely. Location couldnt have been better, so perfectly placed for everything. Would highly recommend, and well definitely be back next year.

The apartment is well located , well maintained, and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the flat was well equipped. The view of the Minster was amazing. The lift made it easily accessible, which was appreciated after a day sightseeing. We had a few queries with regard to the parking but the owner responded very quickly and the issues were soon resolved. We will definitely return to the flat when we next visit York.

Amazing flat with a great central location, which allows you to pop back during the day, if necessary. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were lovely and cosy. Very clean too. Would totally recommend.

Comfy and quiet resting spot in the core of York.

In the core of the city centre and a stone throw from the train station. Extremely spacious and well furnished apartment, in a quiet court with a view to the York Minster. Comfortable beds and comfy living room; plenty of books, table games and some DVDs (and a DVD player!) available - hard to get bored. A TV in the living room plus a TV in each bedroom. Well furnished and spacious kitchen.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed for a week in this well-equipped flat. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Rooms were well-laid out and comfortable. Location is excellent. There is an M & S foods about 4 blocks away and a large Sainsburys within walking distance (and a taxi ride back). We got our fit to fly Covid tests at the Whitehall Clinic in Leeds for our return flight home.

What a lovely, well-equipped, comfortable apartment in a superb location close to York Minster and the station, with easy access to all parts of the city on foot! The secure parking space, not far away, proved very useful. In fact we only ventured out once by car, to the beautiful Rievaulx Abbey and the edge of the moors. Harrogate was easy to reach by train for the World Cycling Championships. Within the city the National Railway Museum, York Minster and walking on the walls were particular highlights. The owner, Helena, is a delight to do business with and responded readily to my queries. I would wholeheartedly recommend this holiday property.
