Our transparent fee structure is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our services and the associated costs;

Initial listing fee of £300 plus VAT.  A one-time fee for the initial setup and listing of your property across the various platforms. This also includes professional photography and staging, and the Welcome File which is prepared for guests and placed in the property.

Management Fee of 19% plus VAT.  Our management fee covers the day-to-day operations of looking after your property.  Handling reservations, processing payments, communications with guests, organising cleaners and dealing with repairs and maintenance to keep your property in top condition.
