Welcome to Apartment 112 @ Ryedale House - A superb 2-bedroom property that offers space and comfort.
Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. Apartment 112 is situated on the 1st floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.
Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the luxury of so much space. There is a seating area complete with a smart TV, an occasional chair and a wonderfully comfortable 3-seater sofa that is just waiting for you. It is a perfect area for you all to sit back and relax.
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can comfortably sit everyone and is a lovely entertaining area.
The high-quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom features a sumptuous king size bed and also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with overhead shower. The second bedroom of the apartment features twin beds that can also be made up as a double, providing flexibility to suit guests. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.
There is also a separate toilet just off the hallway.
The apartment has been beautifully finished and would be the perfect place for a family break or for friends who are looking to have a weekend at the races or just time out in fabulous surroundings to relax and just take your time to catch up.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Even though onsite parking wasn't available, the fact that a digital permit us provided was very helpful and meant that the car was only 5 minutes away . The location is excellent with many places to eat close by. The staff at the apartment block were friendly and helped us access the building when we arrived.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful apartment and it very much felt we were staying in our own home. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday break was provided. Great welcome pack was a nice touch providing great quality tea, coffee, biscuits and lots of other treats. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. Loved that we could watch tv as a family of 4 as so often this isnt the case in rental properties. There was absolutely nothing that couldve added to our stay, from booking, checkin to checkout communication with us was excellent. We look forward to our return in the future.

I rarely leave reviews but this place was exceptional. We booked very last minute as we were driving to York. We received a phone call from the hosts soon after, letting us know how to check in and arranging our car park permit. On arrival there was a lovely welcome hamper. The apartment was spacious and absolutely spotless. The decor is modern and the furniture was all very comfortable. I think they have thought of everything you might need. The apartment is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants and also close to all of the historic sights. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again.

Modern, well-equipped flat in good central location in York and very close to nearest food store. Great to have the flexibility of one room as a twin. Decent welcome pack. Good kitchen equipment, but stingy with only 2 dishwasher tablets - they really should provide one per day of the stay. Very nice set of games, cards, etc included too. Good internet & Smart TVs in all rooms. Soundbar in living room was incorrectly connected, but I fixed that easily. Parking availability was very deceptive however - the descriptions & website indicated parking was "available", but after booking it turned out it was only in city council car parks over 200m away, and StaysYork staff were not really helpful describing locations or distances or offering the option of a space on site - the apartment complex has a large car park which was under half-full every day of our visit (but which we were not allowed to use). If I'd known this in advance, it would have been a deal breaker: Both StaysYork and booking.com should provide clear upfront guidance regarding whether parking is on site or not - for some travellers this is essential.
