Welcome to Apartment 301 @ Ryedale House - A fine example of a high end 2 bedroom property that offers truly spectacular views over the River Foss.
Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. 301 sits on the 3rd floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.
Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. The views over the various city landmarks are simply stunning. There is a seating area complete with 2 armchairs plus a contemporary sofa that can convert to a sofa bed for the occasional extra guest. There is an additional seating area right in the corner of the room where you can take full advantage of relaxing with a coffee and taking in the view.
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can seat 4 for dinner.
The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating. The property also benefits from superfast fibre broadband.
The master bedroom features a double bed. The bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and walk in shower. The second bedroom of the apartment features another double bed. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.
There is an additional bathroom off the hallway featuring a bath with overhead shower along with a separate wc.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the river with a view of Cliffords Tower. Location perfect within the city walls. Nice and easy self check in with someone on reception during normal hours if required. We even stayed in to watch the football instead of going to the pub. Great value for money. Would 100% stay again and will recommend to friends.

We have stayed here before and it was lovely but on both occasions I didnt think the apartment was particularly well cleaned. Dust very evident on many surfaces and small items left behind and between cabinets, Tv unit , sofa bed. I had to pick up things like deflated balloons, papers, wrappers and dispose of them. There was also no hair dryer in any bedroom which to be honest is a given in most accommodation and was a necessary for us so one had to be purchased. I also found the mattress in the master bedroom very uncomfortable and very low. These are minor issues but if managed , particularly the cleanliness, they would make this stay more appealing and enjoyable. No doubt we will return despite these issues as we visit York a lot but it would be nice to arrive in a clean apartment. Thanks Leanne Howe

The location is very ideal close to city center and key attractions. The beds could have been a bit larger. The bathrooms lacked hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, lotion so toiletries could be improved. The mirror in bathroom 1 is placed above the toilet seat rather than wash basin..so a bit of discomfort while shaving.Otherwise very large living room, well equipped kitchen and cosy sofa cum bed.

First time in York and loved it, and this modern apartment made it even more enjoyable for us. Everything was in top notch, clean and had everything that we needed. Washing machine/ dryer was really handy as well. Only negative was the spare quilt was in the laundry room on the floor which was a bit unhygienic. Luckily the quilt seemed new and we were able to find a clean cover for it.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryedale very much. The property is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. We have been traveling for many months and this stay was just what we needed to relax and recharge. Feels like a 5 star hotel - with room to roam.The only thing missing for us was a microwave : ) We hope to return someday.

Stayed here for a weekend, with my wife and children. We had a fab time from start to finish! The apartment is secure and clean. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived on the evening, which was quickly resolved the following morning. Location of the apartment is fab for exploring the city and has a tesco express just a few doors down, which is super handy! Would definitely recommend and will book again when next in the area!

the flat is absolutely fabulous, the price I get is good, the ladies of concierge are so helpful and friendly, and Molly of the Stays York was helpful and responsive too. the sheets of the bed were not very clean (I found a small spot - but there were replacement sheets in the drawers of the two bed rooms. the washing machine room shows some dusts everywhere. things were missing: washing machine tablets, there were no bins in the two in-suites, and the welcome gift.
